Coventry Boys & Girls Club has been serving the city for more than 70 years. Although the world around us has changed massively in that time, the need to provide a safe space where all children and young people can have fun, make friends and discover their talents, has never been greater.
The Club depends on the money we can raise from supporters, both donors and the groups that use our facilities, to subsidise our youth sessions and sports activities including our boxing section. This extra funding means that we are able to charge just £1 so that any local child or young person can join in.
If you want to build a positive future for all children and young people, including those from the most deprived communities in Coventry, here’s how you can help.
- Make a donation towards equipment that we urgently need – from art materials (£15) to a new boxing ring (£2,200)! We will be delighted to celebrate your kindness in the Club and our on website.
- Give regularly to support our school holiday trips programme, where for just £2 our members can enjoy a great day out including lunch. This subsidised scheme gives many children opportunities that they wouldn’t have otherwise.
- Include a gift to Coventry Boys & Girls Club in your will (Registered Charity Number: 1062220-) leaving a legacy that will help thousands of local children and young people in future. Again, we can recognise your generosity gift in a number of ways.
We would love to show you around the Club so that you can see how your support will make a difference. Just call 07711 981699 to find out more.
