Video from the Lord Mayor’s visit to Coventry Boys & Girls Club

The Lord Mayor of Coventy, John Blundell, made a special visit to Coventry Boys & Girls Club on August 31st – to speak with the young members, and lay the first brick in a ceremony for the new facility which is now under construction.

It meant a great deal to the staff, volunteers, and children to have the Lord Mayor’s support as we embark on an exciting journey that will see us move the club from our old building to a brand new facility just a few doors down. The Lord Mayor enjoyed meeting the young people of the club and spent a great deal of time talking to everyone in attendance.
