Boxing and Fitness

Our boxing and fitness services are dedicated to empowering youth. Whether you are a beginner or experienced boxer, we support you through structured and engaging sessions. Young participants can work towards becoming accredited boxers, guided by our professional coaches who are committed to fostering a positive and supportive environment. Our fitness training and drills are specifically designed to improve strength, agility, and endurance, vital for the physical development of young athletes. Led by accredited England Boxing Level 1 coaches, our sessions provide young people with personalised mentorship.

 

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced boxer, our sessions cater to all levels and abilities. You'll enhance your agility, strength, focus, discipline, and resilience in a supportive and inclusive environment that welcomes everyone. Plus, all necessary boxing equipment is provided, so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience.
