BOXING & FITNESS

Our boxing and fitness sessions give young people a safe, structured, and inspiring environment to grow. Guided by accredited England Boxing Level 1 coaches, participants develop not only physical strength, agility, and endurance, but also essential life skills such as focus, discipline, and resilience.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced boxer, our sessions cater to all levels and abilities. Plus, all necessary boxing equipment is provided, so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Sessions take place on Wednesdays at 5pm for ages 13-19.
