· Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with young people to foster trust and engagement.
· Develop strong working relationships with school staff, pastoral teams, and senior leadership to ensure smooth project delivery.
· Record and monitor attendance, engagement levels, and outcomes for all mentoring and group sessions.
· Use MAC Project systems to input data and contribute to reporting and evaluation processes.
· Provide feedback to schools and internal teams on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
· Follow all safeguarding protocols and respond appropriately to disclosures and concerns, escalating where necessary.
· Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries at all times.
· Attend regular supervision and team meetings to review progress and reflect on practice.
· Contribute to the continuous development of the MAC Project’s schools-based work, including resource creation and best-practice sharing.
· Represent the MAC Project professionally in school settings and at multi-agency meetings where appropriate.
· Stay informed of emerging issues facing young people and adapt work to remain relevant and impactful.
· Support the wider youth work team with occasional evening or community-based sessions, where required.
