The Coventry Boys and Girls Club are looking for contractor(s)/suppliers to carry out the installation of solar panels for our premises based in Coventry. We are tendering for quotes for the completion of the following:

​

• Complete site survey and structural assessment of roof capacity

• Supply and installation of commercial-grade solar PV system including panels, inverters, and mounting equipment

• Installation of necessary electrical systems and connection to existing infrastructure

• Provision of monitoring system and user training

• All required permits and certifications

• Post-installation testing and commissioning

 

We expect to commence this project as soon as possible i.e. January 2024 with completion by March 2024 at the latest. Payments will be made in instalments as each phase of the project is completed as above. We will assess each bid for the tender in the following way:

• Price (40%)

• Timescales (40%)

• Experience/track record (20%)
